Ministry of Railways introduces new Humsafar Train

viz. 22437/22438 Allahabad-AnandVihar (T) (Tri-weekly)

Shri Manoj Sinha flags off Train No. 22437 from Allahabad Station


Indian Railways has introduced a new Humsafar train viz. 22437/22438 Allahabad-AnandVihar (T) Humsafar Express (Tri-weekly). The train service was inaugurated by ShriManojSinha, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Communications and Minister of State for Railways, from Allahabad station in North Central Railway today.
 The abstract schedule including timings, composition, stoppages etc. of the train services introduced is as under:

Government has provided financial assistance to women entrepreneurs in setting up 14,768 projects in 2016-17 under Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) aimed at generating employment in rural and urban areas of the country. A total of over Rs.389.49 crore subsidy was disbursed for these projects. Minister of State (Independent Charge)for Micro, Small and Medium EnterprisesShri Giriraj Singh informed this to Rajya Sabha in a written reply today. The maximum number of 1,484 projects were from Assam, followed by 1,387 in Uttar Pradesh, 1,248 in Tamil Nadu, 942 in Odisha, and 915 in Bihar, besides other States/UTs with varying number of projects. Environment Ministry notifies Plastic Waste Management (amendment) rules Automated Central Registration system prescribed The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change has notified the Plastic Waste Management (Amendment) Rules 2018.  The amended Rules lay down that the phasing out of Multilayered Plastic (MLP) is now applicable to MLP, which are “non-recyclable, or non-energy recoverable, or with no alternate use.”  The amended Rules also prescribe a central registration system for the registration of the producer/importer/brand owner.  The Rules also lay down that any mechanism for the registration should be automated and should take into account ease of doing business for producers, recyclers and manufacturers.   The centralised registration system will be evolved by Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) for the registration of the producer/importer/brand owner.  While a national registry has been prescribed for producers with pre...
