RAFAEL NADAL broke tennis rules during his French Open final win over Dominic Thiem on Sunday, claims two-time Roland Garros champion Jim Courier.

Nadal admits he had 'tough moment' during French Open final

 
Nadal beat Thiem in straight sets on Philippe Chatrier to land his record 11th career title in Paris.
However, the Spaniard struggled with cramp in his hand in the third set midway through a service game.
He immediately took treatment for the issue but Courier says because it was not an injury, the medical time-out should not have been allowed.
